There is some thoroughly deserved hairspray-worthy news from Culcheth Hair Company, which has been shortlisted in the district’s top 10 for two categories at the Hair and Beauty Awards 2023.
The salon, based at 437 Warrington Road, Culcheth, is through to the next judging stage for apprentice of the year and hair extensions specialist of the year. Making one shortlist is impressive enough, but landing two is a rather strong argument that the team knows what it is doing beyond simply wielding a hairdryer with confidence.
The salon was told about its top-10 places on Friday, March 28, and shared its delight on social media. Culcheth Hair Company said it was “super proud” of its stylist and apprentice, adding that hard work and the effort to help everyone become “the best version of ourselves” had paid off.
The awards presentation is due to take place on Saturday, April 22. Whether the salon takes home a trophy or not, reaching the final 10 in two categories is already a fine achievement for a local business. It is also a welcome reminder that Culcheth has plenty going on beyond traffic complaints and arguments about where the next development should go.
Culcheth Hair Company is on Warrington Road, with further information available through its social media pages.
